2006
CHUG Technologies, Inc. is born. E-mail & web hosting is done out of the home via a DSL connection.
2007
Services expand to include graphic design & web programming. The biggest concern in 2007 was performance & reliability. Our goal was to be able to match or beat our local competitors in the field of e-mail & web hosting. In September, hosting operations were moved to a data center. This data center provides redundant power in case of failures & multiple internet service provider connections. This move ensures CHUG e-mail & web customers will enjoy faster & more reliable service (99.9% uptime). This not only matches but exceeds what many of our competitors can provide!
2008
If 2007 was about improving performance & reliability then 2008 was all about expanding our services. Services offered came to include web applications, e-mail spooling, & partnerships with 3rd party vendors to name a few. 2008 also marked the arrival of our Terminal Services offerings. A new way to run your business
2009
In 2009, CHUG continued to increase the number of web programs offered to include more online shopping carts, online calendars, content management, help desks, & web statistical programs. We also became a registered Dell partner which gives us & our customers access to a wide variety of products & resources not only by Dell but by many top manufacturers. In addition to an e-mail server upgrade, 2009 also saw the continued development of CHUG's very own content management software called CHUG Web Manager. At the end of 2009, we purchased another server which allowed us to have separate e-mail & web servers as well as add redundancy to our e-mail services. We were also very excited to add online backup services as well.
